Free Shipping
Every GlowKatanaX order ships free with tracking. There is no minimum order amount.

Where we ship and delivery times
Estimated delivery time from the time you place your order:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 8–15 business days
- Europe (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands): 8–15 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or customs.

Taxes and duties
For orders to Europe, VAT and import duties are already included in the price. You will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.

Shipping Protection
At checkout you can add optional Shipping Protection. If a protected package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, we send a free replacement or a full refund. Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number.

Order confirmation
After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions about your order, contact us through our Contact page and include your order number.

Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update it before your order ships.
